"don't you think you were a little hard on her?"

"She blew up the school, for heaven's sake! Do you know how much that is going to cost to repair?"

"Not much if we make the kids fix it." The idea seemed to come out of nowhere, but I was kind of excited I had thought of it. "They can do it at night, we'll supervise. Or rather, you will. Since I have no power at night. We can do it tonight, we'll just have to pay our little football star a friendly visit tonight."

"How is that going to make us look? I thought we were going to try not to look like child molesters."

"Good point, we'll make Rain do it. Probably shouldn't worry John about it, he's got enough problems of his own right now."

We planned a little longer, and then went and got Rain from her room. After telling her our plan, we decided to go to bed so we would have plenty of energy to execute the plan.
